In her opinion all activities taken in Lesser Poland results in one of the heights number of „abolition applications“ among foreigners staying illegally in Poland.
She confirmed during last abolition action, Office for Foreigners received more applications than in total in history. Government estimates indicate that in Poland, can live approximately 80,000 illegal immigrants. Many of them are afraid to reveal. Especially for them Government of Poland announced abolition.
The legalisation of stay under the abolition procedure allows foreigners to take up employment under an employment contract without an additional permit. Following the expiry of the abolition decision (2 years), the foreigners who wish to extend their legal stay will be able to use the regular legalisation procedure.
