I have enclosed my CV (I understand that this will be used during the selection process).

I commit to use the platform’s tools and provide content under the frame of the SONETOR project.

In the event that I want to discontinue my attendance for any reason, I will discuss it with the coordinator of the relevant country (Greece, Spain, Austria, Poland, Ireland) before discontinuing.

DATA PRIVACY POLICY

By filling this application form you, the followings terms are explicitly stated:

I am interested to apply and take part in training platform of the SONETOR project

I commit myself full responsibility for the accuracy of the information I fill in as well as the cv I attach.

All information that you will fill in will be available only to Partners of Sonetor Project and will be used only for the purpose of the project.

In case you register to the platform and take part in this:

I commit myself to update my profile of any changes to my personal information like email, skype name etc. Sonetor coordinator as well as the other partners have no responsibility about the accuracy of my personal data.

I commit myself full responsibility for data and material I upload to the training platform. Sonetor partners have no responsibility about the accuracy of the uploaded material.
